For several years I have not been able to sleep on my back because of pain but this topper has made it possible to sleep on my back again. I also notice less pain throughout the day because I am sleeping more comfortable at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topper is quite comfortable; however, the bottom fitted sheet bunches up. Even bought "bed scrunchie" but it didn't really help. Would suggest that topper be redesigned to fit mattress rather than have straps.

My intention was to take my existing off-brand firm mattress and make it feel more like an Adapt Medium. It definitely didn't live up to those expectations, but it's still a nice improvement. Know that this is a very plush topper. It works for me, but anyone in search of real support may find themselves disappointed. The cooling topper is recommended due to its quality feel, but I don't think it helps all that much with actual cooling.
