[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the comfort level of this topper, from thickness and soft support to temperature. The issue lies with it staying in place. The straps included are too stretchy and let the topper move around way too much - sometimes it would be a foot away from the headboard when we woke up. I purchased an anti slip mat intended for area rugs, and placed it between the mattress and topper and that's helped a lot to keep it in place. I feel this product needs something to grip applied to the bottom, or more rigid straps to help keep it in place for the price. Comfortable now that we've got it sorted out with a little ingenuity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receipt of the product, I was happy with delivery and feel. There was a little more outgassing than expected based on other online reviews, but not terrible. After laying on the product for the first time, I was thrilled with how much more comfortable my bed was. Shortly into the first night I realized there was a problem with the sheets staying on. Every night they would either slip entirely off the top corner, or be loose enough that I ended up laying on folded up sheet. Wanting to make it work because the product is comfortable, I bought new sheets with bigger pockets to tuck under the bed. When that didn't work I ordered clips to keep the fitted sheet on, but that didn't work either. The biggest disappointment came when I contacted customer service to return the product after nearly a month of disrupted sleep. With such a well regarded brand and how heavily the 90 night return policy is advertised on the website, I expected a no hassle return. I was informed by customer service however, that because the topper is a "more personal product" than a mattress, the topper is nonreturnable. I understand they are simply following policy, but the policy is absolutely baffling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper sank right down to the firm mattress below, which is the reason I bought it, to soften up a firm mattress. I took the cover off to wash it and the topoer ripped in half and I was very careful with it, the only thing that's of any use is the cover, total waste of money, I was only allowed to choose one star in which is unfortunate because I would have gave it minus two stars
