Since purchasing the Tempur-Adapt Cooling Topper, my wife and I have had the most comfortable and relaxing sleep every night. What a wonderful experience. If you need pressure relief without feeling like you bottom out ( like with cheap toppers) you cannot get any better. My husband and I both have different needs because of our weight, (I'm a lot lighter) and this works. We both have not woken hurting since buying this. I will say that you need to put a mattress protector over this or it moves, even with the straps that's on it.
