I purchased the Tempur Adapt Cooling Topper. I had a Tempur-pedicure bed years ago and having a bad back I I wanted something to put on top my bed. I sleep a lot more comfortable now.

I was looking to replace my Tempur-Pedic king sized topper, and when it arrived, it was damaged-the cover was ripped and some of the foam was a little shredded. Kudos to customer service for sending out a replacement right away- I was told I could discard the damaged topper since it could not really be returned. While awaiting the replacement, I decided to try out the first one and was disappointed to find that it was not at all the same as my original-it felt mushy and not much different than the toppers I would send to camp with my kids. When the replacement arrived, I called customer service again, to see if I could rerun it for a refund. They do have a no return policy (for good reason, I suppose) but I was hoping for an exception since I did not open the replacement in the box. Unfortunately they decided to stick blindly to the policy. We really LOVE out original topper and we're excited to to replace it after years of use...but we're doubly disappointed with the change in the topper and being stuck with one in the box we won't be using.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceeded Expectations for Comfort and Pain Relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempurpedic mattress topper has been a total game changer for us. Our old mattress was causing a lot of aches and pains, but we weren't quite ready to shell out the big bucks for a new one. We decided to try the topper and we're so glad we did. It's made sleeping incredibly comfortable and we wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free. The topper was very reasonably priced, so we didn't have high expectations. But it has exceeded our expectations by far. We're now seriously considering investing in a Tempurpedic mattress when the time comes, especially if the topper is any indication of the level of comfort we can expect. Overall, we're thrilled with the Tempurpedic mattress topper and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep experience without breaking the bank.

We bought this to help relief pressure on back. We added the cooling feature. We slept on it for one night and it was the most uncomfortable nights sleep I've ever had. My hips ached and I was hotter than ever. I eventually moved to another bed in the house. We have packed it back up and will be trying to sell on marketplace. Do not waste your money!

I bought the TEMPUR-Adapt+ Cooling Topper to put on top of my new TEMPUR Pedic mattress to extend the life of it. I absolutely love it, it's so comfortable. I was worried I would sink in too much and I wouldn't be able to get out. I track my sleep on an app and before the mattress and topper, my scores ranged from 50-70 on a scale to 100. Now they're in the 90s.

Thought this product would bring some relief to a firm mattress. However, it made it worse. Went from hard to feeling like I'm sinking. Non-return item. I knew it was not going to work the first night but gave it a week. However, after contacting customer service, found out I was stuck with it. Save your money!
