Bad back pain, terrible customer servuce

My husband and I tried this mattress topper out and found the foam too thick and soft and it causes us very bad back pain. Customer service will not allow returns for this expensive item. I do not recommend and had a poor experience with customer service. Companies that don't allow returns don't stand by their products.

Before Purchase I asked if the 3 inch topperproduct was returnable and was informed "yes" by a customer service representative. Received the topper and it worked well for me but not my spouse. After 1 week, I contacted Tempurpedic to inquire on how to return. I was informed by an "extremely rude" customer service representative that the product was not returnable or refundable. I asked if I could return for recycling. Again the "extremely rude" customer service representative stated "no." Therefore I am stuck with a $350++ topper that I cannot use or place on a different bed due to size. I will not purchase another product from Tempurpedic due to their lack of customer service. Do not buy from this company. The customer service is terrible.

The ordering and shipping process works perfect. Only issue we have is if the mattress is to soft you can't exchange. This created a problem for us. There needs to be an exchange policy in place.

I am currently expecting my first baby and decided to buy the tempur Adapt cooling topper to help me sleep better. It has been a life saver and I've been able to get adequate rest while remaining cool at night. I would highly recommend this topper to a anyone.

Before I bought My Tempur-Adapt + Cooling Topper. I was tossing and turning all night long. Only getting a few hours' sleep every night. But now I sleep all night long. It's amazing what a good night's sleep will do for you. My production at work has elavated and I'm a lot happier. Not only that. I had a little issue with the wrong item sent. Customer service took care of me. They were easy to work with and everything corrected in a heartbeat. When It's time to upgrade. Tempur will be the first place I will look.

I knew that the day I became a true adult would be the day I invested in a Tempurpedic and in turn invested in my sleep! After a week of the best sleep of my adult life, my siblings and I pitched in and turned around to treat our parents to the "good life" as well, as an early Mother's & Father's Day gift; Parents who raised four college athletes, and brought us up with the understanding of how important a good night's rest was to recover so we could grow big, strong, and perform well. We may not be those little kids who used to climb under the covers in the middle of the night with our parents when we couldn't sleep, or have sibling slumber parties, family movie nights, or Sunday morning cartoons in "momma and dad's big bed," but we'll forever dream about the best childhood memories and continue sleep habits that allow us to recover and rest from a hard day of work. I'm so grateful for such a quality brand, I am a loyal customer and so is my family of 6 :)
