We were hoping this mattress topper would provide more support but it's very soft. There's no support whatsoever. If you are looking to soften a hard mattress you will probably like this. But if you are looking for support I'd opt a different one.

After some miserable nights trying to sleep on a mattress, I ordered this topper and was able to rest at last!! I love this topper, it is so comfortable and there are no more nights of tossing and turning and painful nights for me. I made a HUGE mistake in nor ordering a Tempurpedic mattress!! The topper is like sleeping on my old Tempurpedic mattress again. The plus is that it is guaranteed for ten years.

I have an old inexpensive mattress that was supportive for about two years, and then I started to have significant lower back and hip pain. I couldn't find any relief, and instead of getting a new mattress I took a gamble and purchased this topper. It is a total game changer. Back and hip pain went away after two nights of sleeping on it. So far the cooling component is living up to its hype-- I've had cooling memory foam toppers before that made me sweat, and this is the only one that actually does what it says it does. The true test will be this summer when temps heat up, but I'm feeling optimistic. If you're looking to extend the life of a mattress that is failing you, I highly recommend getting one of these-- I can't wait to try it on a new mattress one day, as I imagine it will feel even better.

This product was awful. It did not fit the full length or width of the bed, it had a horrific smell that did not go away after weeks, and the cooling cover was terrible, despite paying extra for that. I called customer service for help with this issue and was told there was nothing they could do. Terrible product and horrible customer service experience!

My husband and I were sleeping on a very old Tempurpedic mattress that has gone hard over the decades, so to provide some extra comfort we ordered this topper. Because we used to love the mattress we thought the topper would be worth the prices. We were very wrong. It is incredibly soft to the point that I wake up with back aches and neither my husband nor I can ever sleep on our stomachs without discomfort. Tempurpedic offered no opportunity to return it so we're stuck with it now.
