This mattress does relieve pressure on painful joints and sleeps relatively cool. We are happy with the purchase. The straps hold it in place on the bed and it's not so thick that you can't find sheets to fit. We would recommend it.

We bought this topper at the beginning of the Memorial Day sale this year 2023 and it is absolutely the worst mattress topper purchase we have ever made in two decades. We bought this as it was advertised as medium firm adapt comfort level and we were considering buying a kingsize temper pedic bed. We thought this would be a great way to try their product before making a huge purchase. After placing it on two different beds one week at a time, we find it to be totally worthless and are throwing it away. The ads said that if you weight over 240 pounds then it may feel too soft and not provide the support you need but I way less than 120 and it was so soft and squishes down so much that it didn't provide the support that tempurpedic advertises as their specialty. It does not keep your body aligned. We placed it on top of a fairly new and firm bed (SAATVA) believing it would help with pressure point relief. It did not even begin to help. We are not happy about having no recourse to get any money back. We were planning to try a couple of their pillows but now not willing to risk wasting more money for something that doesn't deliver. We are now afraid to even think of spending money on their bed. Back to zero with where to go from here.
