I have a Tempurpedic topper on my bed that I bought a little over a year ago. I loved it so much that I purchased one through you for my other bed. The topper is not the same quality. It feels cheaply made and I'm very disappointed. You state on your site it cannot be returned. I'm sick that I paid a lot for the topper and expected the same great quality as my other and it's not meeting my expectations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second review, I love this mattress topper, but after months of dealing with the constant movement of the topper, even with extra grippers, the mattress protector plus tried many fitted sheets its very time consuming and a nag to be constantly fixing the topper and fitted sheet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited 5 weeks airing out the new Tempur-Adapt topper, and still the smell of the product was unbearable to me. I never used the topper, but let it air in a spare room. I finally had to give it away--in new, unused condition. I do not recommend this product!

I've slept on your mattresses for years and know better. So, I purchased this cooling topper hoping for a good nights sleep again. Tempurpedic saved the day. It's so comfy! My cat and dog curl right up with me. Everyone who visits is jealous, and wants to sleep in my bed. This topper has been a real lifesaver for sure. My back is very happy now.
