Too soft - make back pain worse

Too soft topper which worsen back pain for me. Trying to return it but now Tempur Pedic saying is no return item after bold advertising of 90 day free trial ("if you don't love it, you can return it"after advertising 90 day trial"). Hard to trust in this company again when they come up with hidden policies and advertise lies. This is terrible customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a king size adjustable (medium),cooling tempepedic mattress.. at first I had the firm, but was far too stiff I found after sleeping on it. Temperpic switched it out for me to the medium. I still felt it was too firm surprisingly, but didn't want to even ask to switch it out again. So I just settled for it. To be honest, I was bit upset that I purchased. It's certainly not cheap, and didn't want to spend thousands on another mattress. Then I saw an ad for this topper. Figured I LFS give it a shot. So glad I did!! It's incredible!! I love it, and sleep like a baby. Totally turned my frown upside down. You can't go wrong with this topper, it's amazingly soft and comfortable as a bed could possibly be! I highly suggest this topper! It's made Very well and comfort second to none! A +

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid extra for a mattress topper with the cooling feature and I certainly do not see the benefits of that. Aside from that the king size is not King size at all. My mattresses are fairly new and the mattress topper is significantly smaller than my king size mattress. I called customer care to return the item and there is no such thing and they wouldn't even apply a discount but instead recommended that I do a warranty claim. That doesn't satisfy my needs when I'm just going to get another mattress topper that isn't at all what's promised.
