The tempu-adapt allowed us to save on buying a brand new mattress. The memory foam is on the softer side, and I prefer a firmer sleep. But, I was pleasently surprised. It hugs your body and provides good support for a side sleeper. I've been sleeping like a so good! It will slide around on you a bit even with the corner straps. We reset it when we change sheets and it's fine. Better than buying an enitrely new mattress for sure.

I don't like soft beds and couldn't find a comfortable in between mattress. This topper is the perfect fix for my current firm mattress. Worth every penny.

It is also not returnable since it is a topper which I didn't realize when I purchased it. Comfortable like any tempurpedic topper but NOT cool. Don't waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress topper is a perfect addition to my bed. It sinks in like a cloud and bounces back when you get up. Its super soft and comfortable. As far as the "cooling" effect- I do not see that it has that. I actually still sweat sleeping on it. So, I can't recommend to pay the extra for the cooling effect. I was expecting it to be a more dense texture, with a bit more sturdiness, like the way the mattresses are. But this is not that. It is "squishy" and kind of envelops you when you lay on it. It has helped my hip and back pain to a degree, although, I am sure for a major difference to be felt I would need to purchase the actual mattress and not just the topper. Overall, I would say that it does what it says, is excellent quality and comfortable.

Eventually I want a new mattress, but in the meantime I decided to buy this pad for the comfort but also to see if I liked the quality/comfort enough to consider a Tempurpedic mattress in the future. I have been very happy with the pad, it has helped my sleep comfort tremendously and also keeps me cool. When I first opened it I did notice the smell that other reviewers mentioned but it was not that strong and didn't last for too long (I slept on it the same night without noticing it). Would recommend!

When I researched Tempurpedic mattresses I saw they offered a mattress topper. Not knowing if I would sleep well on a Tempurpedic it was an easy decision to purchase the topper and see if I like the product. Yes I do. It will extend the life of the mattress I have it on, and when it is time to replace the mattress I will feel confident in purchasing a Tempurpedic Matress.
