[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product doesn't stay in one place. It keeps sliding and causes the fitted sheets to come off. When I get out of the bed the mattress pad slides with me. So I have to re make the bed almost every day. This product is too expensive to have this problem. I didn't particularly find it cooking either. It's so heavy to try to return. What a pain. I don't recommend this product. I should have brought a regular mattress propped for 3 times less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product fits a kind size bed and indeed provides cooling, however, the only reason it doesn't get five stars is that your sheets will keep getting undone, and the topper itself isn't firm enough. If it was only a little firmer, and if there were sheets provided that would stay tucked in then this will get the five stars.

I had a unpleasant interaction with customer service as well regarding this product. It seems like everyone working for a company thinks they can say anything to a customer and be rude. Well in this case its part of this review. Would have rated higher but their customer service needs improvements.

However, the Tempur-Pedic topper with cooling was like night and day regarding comfort and sleep quality. With even support to the contours of your body and cooling technology helps deliver consistent sleep comfort. My only regret is I didn't do this sooner.
