[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adding this topper to our mattress has aided in the quality of our sleep. Not only is it so soft, what it ISN'T, is hot. I don't enjoy sleeping in high temperatures, but this does not add any heat. I'm so happy we got this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 of these for 2 different beds. Tried one and it is WAY too soft. Tried to return the 2nd, UNOPENED BOX and Tempurpedic WOULD NOT allow a New, Unopened Box of the topper to be returned and refund my money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had planned on ordering a new Tempurpedic mattress after sleeping on one at my parent's house, however, the reviews were so good for the topper and cost so much less, I decided to order the topper. However, the topper was about the same comfort as a much less expensive topper I had been using for many years. Very good, but not as GREAT as the Tempurpedic mattress I had slept on for several months prior to the purchase. I wish I could have sent it back and applied the cost to a new mattress like I wanted in the first place.

It is cooler but it is also softer. It has been taking some getting used to. I think come winter I will switch back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the king sized 3 inch cooling topper for my purple mattress. Every night since I put it on has been like sleeping on a cloud. "Installing" the topper was simple enough- roll it out and let it puff. In the beginning there is a slight chemical smell, which is to be expected, but that dissipates after 2 or 3 nights. I especially liked the elastic bands to hold the topper in place. I have not noticed a particular difference with the cooling effect, though when initially touched it does feel cool and smooth.

Caused Terrible Back Pain

I ordered a mattress topper, and I woke up with terrible back pain the very first night. I only used for two days. I also ordered two pillows, but never tried them after the terrible experience with the topper. I tried to process a return, but apparently, they won't return toppers or pillows because they are a zero-waste company, but they return mattress so not sure how fits into zero waste. I should have researched their return policy before I ordered. I would not recommend ordering unless you have tried one in the past and it worked for you. Also, found it interesting at the bottom of the review that you don't display the reviews, your company must know you have bad product reviews. This is the response I received from customer service: We are very sorry to hear this! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper is very comfortable but your body sinks into it and that makes it hard to turnover in it and that makes you sore in the morning when you wake up. We have had it about 5 weeks now and it has gotten better now that we are used to it but I would not buy another one and do not recommend it
