[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The softness of the topper is wonderful and it certainly makes sleeping on our side much nicer. However due to have an adjustable bed we have noticed that the straps do not do a great job of keeping the topper in place as they are much to flexible. So periodically we have to pull it back up into place. Other than that we really like it and it has helped with my husband's shoulder pain.

The problem that we have had and the reason for the rating is that the straps have too much give in them. This causes the topper to slide down two to three inches during the night and we readjust each day. I called to bring this to their attention and they said we would hear from someone in a week but no one ever got back to us. It does not keep the topper in place

I am so glad we did, it's like sleeping on a cloud! Someone had mentioned to definitely get the cooling feature because they get warm, we did and haven't had any issues sleeping warm! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper is softer and mushier than my Temper-Pedicure mattress.I like firmer support and the topper made my bed soft and mushy! I also had to stitch the corner elastic tabs on the topper because they were soooo loose that the topper kept making my bed have huge wrinkles on the bottom (fitted)bedsheet. I had to keep making my bottom bed sheet over and over and over...the first night terrible!
