Comfortable topper - cooling addition, not so cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling cover compressed the topper too much making the overall comfort, uncomfortable and achy on the back. Took off the cover and it's a totally different bed - very comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd definitely would of paid a little more for this topper if it was a 5", and slightly longer and wider; after it came I waited for it to open up, but unfortunately the length wasn't long enough to cover my entire king-size-bed. The topper stayed shrunken... This will be the brand that I will be purchasing my bedding needs from in the future,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed that topper does not decrease lower back ache that my husband and I wake up with. It's not true to size- the king size topper is too small for a king size mattress. I am disappointed they don't accept returns on toppers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's comfortable but should be more firm. I just bought a regular mattress a year ago. They said the issues of being hot had been resolved. Not true. I began being hot and then sweaty while sleeping. Cooling topper didn't help. The straps don't hold it in place so it slides off the end and I have to fix several times a day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
