I think it is important for everyone to know that there are no returns even if you are unsatisfied with this product. Misleading advertising-you can only return mattresses, not toppers! Buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hoped for a firm but thicker topper similar to Tempur-Pedic's travel mattress. But instead it is super soft. Perfect if you have a too hard mattress. Now we're stuck with it because unlike a Tempur-Pedic mattress that you can try out for a period of time, the topper is considered a personal item and can't be returned. Read the fine print before purchasing!!

I suppose I should have spent the extra money to order the cooling kind. It also smelled not too great, sort of chemically when it first arrived... and still doesn't smell great.
