[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy this there are no returns and they could care less about it being comfortable for your body. I tried it out for two nights and it made my back and hips hurt so bad and I contacted them and I told them that it sinks all the way down and stays sunk down the whole night and provide zero support and they said it did not meet any warranty requirements. So now I'm stuck with this expensive mattress pad that I hate.

The topper is everything that was advertised and I believe it is going to do the job. My only hesitancy is the firmness I chose. I chose firm, but it is not quite as firm as I actually need. Not the cooling topper fault, because I chose it. I could have sent it back before the return period ran out, but I kept hoping it was just me getting used to a new sleep product. I suggest whatever firmness you are going for, go one step further when you purchase. It is a superb product.
