[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner and I've tried a couple of different foam toppers in the past, and I was always pretty miserable. Wether it was too hot or uncomfortable on my back and hip injury I just couldn't sleep on them. This topper is a flippin' hug and doesn't retain heat like other foams. I'm only bummed I didn't get one sooner.

It was exactly what I needed for the medium Tempur-pedic mattress that I had gotten to make it just enough of softness to conform to me better and wasn't too soft like the softer mattress that they carry now the problem I have with it is it has an offgassing odor that I have now owned this topper for about a month and a half almost 2 months and the odor does not go away. It is definitely less, but I definitely smell it pretty regularly even though it's faint, I would like to know what is causing this odor, and if it does eventually completely go away and I love the comfort, but I would have a hard time recommending this because of the odor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everywhere on the site, it says that the topper is 3" thick. The topper I received is between 2 1/2" and 2 3/4" thick. Might not sound like a big difference but when you're talking about something that is ONLY 3", it is significant. If it's only going to be that thickness, then tell me I'm buying a 3"-ish topper that can basically be any thickness they feel like sending to me! And I can purchase from a more reputable company...The response I received from Customer Service basically told me that there is a disclaimer on the website for Tempur Pedic that says that their products may not adhere to the listed dimensions. Wow. Okay. Again, in that case, tell me that it's "3-ish inches" thick so I can make an appropriate decision. I thought I was buying from a top-of-the line company but that is apparently not the case. Now I need to shell out money to buy ANOTHER topper from a company that will actually provide me with a product as advertised.
