[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We need to upgrade our bed and have been researching memory foam mattresses for awhile now. In this economy it just isn't cost conducive so we decided to try a mattress topper to hopefully get us another year or two. It is still early but, we are happy with the purchase. Cooling technology seems to work really well and the mattress topper overall is producing a much better night's sleep. Check with me again in 11 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I'd listened to my inner voice when I read that no returns are available if you're not satisfied. Oh well, I'm stuck with it now. I thought with a 10 year warranty, that the foam would, at least, be rated a 3 or 4 in density. However, I'm fairly convinced it's no more than a 2, I'm sure a cost saving tactic by TP and, likely, why they don't disclose the density rating anywhere in their promotional information. That was the other red flag that I ignored. I bought 2 twin long toppers to put on our king latex mattress which was just a tad too firm for us. The foam topper doesn't feel substantial to me at all and, by 3am, it just feels like I'm lying in a puddle. By 6am I'm crawling out of bed with all the aches and pains I was trying to avoid by purchasing this. As a pear-shaped (130lb/59kg, 5'3", 56 yo) aging athletic female, I was really hoping for relief...ugh. Like someone else mentioned, as soon as they opened the box and felt the lack of heft, they knew it wasn't up to snuff. I had to carry the box (twin) up a hill to our house, about a 10th of a mile and it wasn't all that heavy. I will not be giving my business to TP in the future. I've learned my lesson.
