[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the mattress topper has been pretty good. I am a side sleeper and was having neck pain that has definitely improved. My only complaint is that even with the straps and deep pocket sheets the topper still slides down at night and leaves a gap that our pillows fall in. In the end I would still buy it again for the good night sleep.

However, my recent purchase of the Adapt cooling topper left me deeply disappointed. Not only does it lack the promised cooling effect, but it's also excessively soft, causing me significant discomfort and severe back pain. What compounds the issue is that Tempurpedic, despite charging nearly $400 for this product, does not offer refunds due to its product category. This situation is both frustrating and unreasonable, especially when a product fails to meet the advertised standards. I strongly urge Tempurpedic to reevaluate their product offerings and maintain their reputation for delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations. As a long-time customer, I'm disheartened by this experience and, regrettably, do not plan on making any future purchases from Tempurpedic. I also feel obligated to caution potential buyers to exercise caution when considering the Adapt cooling topper.

I love Tempur Pedic. I have had the original TempurPedic Mattress now for 20 years, but as I get older (above 50) everything starts to hurt on me, so I decided to soften up the bed by adding the Tempur-Adapt Cooling Topper. I have slept on this for 2 nights now and I have the best sleep in months!! As for the cooling part, I notice it right away, but as the night progresses I think I become a Menopause nightmare. LOL - I will definatley buy Tempur Pedic again, infact Tempur Pedic is all I will buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topper made an uncomfortably firm mattress much better. My guests said it made a huge difference. I'm deducting a star because it is warm, not unbearably but I was expecting the cooling cover to make more of a difference than it does. That is a minor complaint but it I had to purchase it again I would forgo the cover and opt for a cotton mattress pad. I definitely would by it again to add comfort to stop firm mattress.
