I've never had bed bugs until I got this mattress topper. I also read they don't do returns or exchanges, but maybe I'm wrong and they would like to do an exchange.

Difficult to get out of bed!

I bought this for my father, who suffers with arthritis. Based on the reviews I thought this would offer amazing pressure relief combined with his new supportive, innersprung mattress. He slept a few nights on his new mattress before this topper arrived, and then a few nights with the topper. He found it uncomfortable and he was not able to easily turn or get out of bed. My sister then tried it out on a firm mattress at her house and she also found it extremely hard to get out of! It has been used less than a week and nobody wants it!

So far the cooling just doesn't work at all. We bought the topper in hopes of the cooling effect to work and to help with making our new mattress more tolerable to sleep on since it's so hard. This is our second cooling topper and the first one seemed to wrk a whole lot better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted the adapt luxe soft mattress (the holy grail), but it was out of my budget so I opted for this topper on a new medium mattress. I thought it was going to be awesome, but instead it made my partner's and my back hurt in the mornings due to it having zero structure to it. It's really way too soft. Tempur pedic had great customer service, but we are definitely disappointed it didn't work for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with this purchase. Since putting this topper on we sleep so much better with none of the pains we used to feel. The only thing I wish they'd improve is its grip on the mattress. It does tend to move a bit each night despite the straps it has and the deep pocket fitted sheets covering both the topper and mattress.
