We have a queen mattress that was super firm and I was going to get rid of it but instead bought the cooling topper to see if it would help. It's perfect! No need to purchase a new bed. I highly recommend this topper for those who do not like super firm beds.

We were displaced from our home due to storm damage and I have been away from my most prized possession -- my Tempur-pedic mattress. I have been experiencing bad back pain from every other mattress. To fix my problem, I purchased a topper. This has been a life-saver and my back pain has began to resolve. This mattress is the perfect thickness and excellent cooling. They still meet the same level of quality as my original purchase. Also, I had an issue when it arrive and customer support was very quick to fix the issue. They have a customer for life!

I am only 125 lbs so it's not like I'm super heavy. I'm very sad because I paid a lot for this mattress topper and can't return it. I now need to buy another one or a pillow-top mattress to use it with. If you are a side sleeper with hip issues, this may not be the mattress topper for you.
