[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product because i have a firm mattress that would hurt my shoulder, back, a d hips so bad. My firm mattress is fairly new so i thought i would try it out. I have disc issue's with my back n would sleep in pain all night. Now with this mattress i dont have any pain i sleep like im on a cloud. I would say this is the best sleep i had in years. So happy i bought this mattress topper. I was even thinking to make a car seat cover with one to help me when driving thats how much i love it.

A couple years ago I purchased a very high-end mattress that the sales person convinced me would be so good for my lower back issues. Well, he was wrong. I have suffered sleeping on that bed that was much too firm for me, which forced me to actually get out of bed each morning well before I felt rested due to back pain. This expensive mattress worked in the opposite direction for me. We were worried about spending more money on another new mattress that we weren't eve sure would work either, so we just kept doing nothing. Until we finally got the idea to purchase a mattress topper - life changing! I can keep my previous mattress but now enjoy the comfort of the topper. I can sleep as long as I want now and don't wake up with back pain. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The foam is a little too soft and at times my back will ache. But my main complaint is the cover. It's kinda hard to explain but the where the zipper ends and the way the cover is sewed, which is at the middle of side of the bed, tugs on the foam pulls it to the center of the bed. When you lay on it and the foam sinks in the cover pulls even more and the result is the foam and cover pulls inward 5-6 inches from the side. The opposite side without the zipper is fine. Not happy with this and wish I could return it. Maybe better without cover. Cannot recommended due to this issue.

My only qualm was that it occasionally shifts around and does not always remain securely attached, but it's very minor. Otherwise it's still a great buy!

I tried working with Tempur-Pedic multiple times, but they do NOT allow returns on this type of item NO MATTER WHAT. Buyer beware!!!

Our mattress was sagging and became extremely uncomfortable. I'm a big man. 6' 5" tall and 290lbs. So, we needed something that comfortable and durable that would last. So, when we bought a new mattress, we decided to find a topper to extend the wear time. This Tempu-Pedic topper was actually our second topper. The first one developed low spots where we slept. But the Tempur-Pedic re-inflates during the day. So, every night feels the same as the first night we used it. The cooling feature was something to get used to. The first few nights were a little chilly at first. The topper started out cold, but leveled out after a few minutes and kept us cool all night.
