My wife and I have had a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed & mattress for several years. We're big fans of this brand. My wife recently had back problems which defied medical treatment. She picked up a Tempur-Adapt mattress topper. We've been very pleased with the results, as she is now pain free.

I was hoping this topper would improve my lumbar stenosis. After 2 days I was in agony. Build quality, etc. was fine though. Just not for me.

I bought my first TEMPURA topper just a couple months before I ran (virtually) back to the site to buy a second. I bought the first one for my 9 year old sons bed. It was so comfortable, honestly way more comfortable than I expected. I bought my second for our camper bed. The upgrade to our sleep quality in the camper is amazing. I am considering buying one for me and my husband even though our mattress is brand new but not a TEMPUR...I think a TEMPUR topper is what I am going to ask for this Christmas.

We have definitely noticed an improvement. Can't really say much about the cooling part tho. Haven't seen a difference there. But definitely would buy again.
