Back pain and discomfort instantly went away, sleep became longer and more sound and my level of energy improved as a result. Given that I travel quite a bit for work, I only wish I could roll it up and take it with me on the road !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper is VERY soft...not medium. It does not provide good support. Also, the cover causes the sheet to be pulled off the bed constantly (every single night)...basically anytime you roll over or change positions the sheet slips over the topper cover and causes the sheet to pull on the corner of the bed until it comes undone, and then you have loose sheets. Another thing that bothered my wife and I was that when you lay on it, the corners and edges would come up...I realize it isn't secured to the bed, but it fails as a topper for that reason alone. I expect a topper to sit evenly on the bed with sheets on it, and not raise in areas once you lay on it. For the record, I'm 6'5" 180 lbs. I like soft toppers, so that wasn't really my problem, but it way too soft for my wife and just no way it should be considered a "medium" firmness. The only positive I can say is that the material felt nice and soft which I liked, but the other issues caused us to remove the topper after less than a month. ALSO, there is a NO RETURN POLICY. So, I'm out a few $$$. As much as TP charges for their products based on their reputation, I'm disappointed with this product and the unwillingness to accept a return or exchange or credit or something...these are glaring issues that are known or should be known. I buy online all the time and am occasionally dissatisfied, but I never bother leaving a review. Made an exception for this one.
