[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper definitely makes the bed more comfortable. I have disc degenerate disease, herniated disc in my neck. Hubby has psoriatic arthritis and spends a lot of time in bed. We go through a lot of mattresses. It does not cover the entire mattress. Hubby pulls It to cover his side and i pull it back to cover mine. It slides all over too. Hubby and I grab It and pull It up to the top of the bed every night. I would still recommend It though. It saved me from having to replace my mattress. I can't afford to do that.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT BED TOPPER. THESE PRODUCTS ARE EXTREMELY SOFT, OFFERING ZERO BACK SUPPORT. THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND SO HEAVY THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO DISPOSE OF. WHAT AN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. AFTER TRYING TO SLEEP ON A TEMPUR-PEDIC TOPPER FOR THREE WEEKS, MY HUSBAND HAS BACK PAIN. THE TOPPER HAS INDENTATIONS WHERE WE SLEPT DUE TO THE LACK OF SUPPORT. OUR MATTRESS WAS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. WE ORDERED THE TOPPER FOR A SOFTER SUPPORT. IT'S GONE!

I had high expectation based on the reviews but this thing is way too soft and unsupportive. And my bed is a firm. Didn't realize they are NOT RETURNABLE until I called customer service. I read some reviews that said they had changed the form which explains the older good reviews. I would not recommend this topper at all if you don't want to feel like your sleeping on an old matress with a sink hole in it. The matress I have under the topper is a firm and less than 2 years old. I weigh 170lbs. So there's no excuse for selling such an expensive product that under performs like this. Just bad business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a lifesaver for me. I had previous back surgeries and had to sleep on my back. This mattress topper is so comfortable and I don't know what I would have done without it. I did try another and it wasn't the same.
