I tried the product for a week and found it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. I think the topper may be better for older beds than used on newer firmer beds.

I have had a lot of pain on my left hip because I sleep on my left side. I love this topper. The pain has virtually disappeared. I sleep so well and fall asleep usually within 10 minutes.
