I got this mattress because I was having the opposite issue of a lot of reviewers-- I have an old mattress that had become sunken on both sides, so I wanted to get a topper while I'm saving to upgrade to a king mattress and bedding. I was hesitant to get this because so many reviewers seem to have purchased because their existing mattress was too firm instead of too soft like mine, but I did a lot of research on "firm mattress toppers," and several websites listed this one, so I figured it must be good. Eh. I sink into it a lot. It's not the worst but definitely didn't solve my problem. It's also very annoying that you can't return this because of the "intimate nature" of toppers, but not mattresses. What's the difference? Now I'm stuck with a topper I'd much rather refund and just put towards my king bed.

Even with the cooling topper, it's HOT. Can't sleep, it's mushy and uncomfortable. Even worse they won't issue a refund. So we've wasted money on an awful product and now can't get anything else.
