[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The topper was a lot less firm than I expected. It works well to soften and smoothe out our by now aging tempur pedic mattress, but it does not solve the problem of that aging mattress as much as we had hoped.

The only thing I'm not a fan of is the topper doesn't stay still on my mattress like my old one did. It is always slipping off to the side if my bed. Other than that it was a great purchase. Not too firm. Not too soft.
