[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a decent mattress but was feeling pressure points on my hips when sleeping on my side. This topper is thick enough and soft enough to relieve that pressure and allow my lower spine to be more straight when I sleep. This is genuinely a relief for my lower back. It is soft, but that works for me. The topper is also truly cooling. I can be a hot sleeper and this topper does not hold the heat (I purchased the cooling feature). I had previously tried a 2" memory foam topper from another brand that was OK but did not completely relive the pressure on my lower back. I do think this brand is worth the price.

I have arthritis and autoimmune issues that cause inflammation and my husband has a slipped disc. We both have never slept better. No soreness from pressure points or a sagging pad. This is the best topper ever!!!

The topper is very comfortable. I got it to go atop a hospital bed mattress that was very uncomfortable. My back now has great support, and, consequently, does not hurt, which is wonderful. However, it is very difficult to move on this mattress topper after I lie down, whether it is to move to the side (further from the edge of the bed) or higher up in the bed (toward the headboard). Moving around on the topper is a major effort. Unless you are very fit or very thin, be warned. Once I finally get in place, I fall instantly to sleep. It is heavenly, and I stay put all night.
