The topper feels cool when you first touch it but once you lay on it, it gets hot and stay hot. It's soft to touch but it just doesn't help me sleep comfortably at all. It's been about 3 months since I've had it and I'm ready to return

Purchased this to cool down the body heat and sweating that commonly occurs from sleeping on our Tempurpedic mattress. Unfortunately, absolutely no improvement whatsoever! Did not do what it claimed to do.

I returned my topper because it didn't not fit my mattress. After one month, I still haven't gotten a refund. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will never give this company my business again!

My previous bed wasn't uncomfortable but it wasn't something I was excited to sleep in. Once I got the Tempur Pedicure topper for my Queen though, I REALLY look forward to going to bed and sleeping. I enjoy my time in my bed and feel grateful for the comfortable sleep. Definitely worth it if maybe you cannot afford a full mattress but still want quality sleep!

Bought this topper in efforts of making decision to purchase an actual tempurpedic mattress which will be more more expensive. I love this topper! When I do decide to get a mattress I will use this topper on an air mattress when camping or for guest.

The cooling cover is a joke. It lasts less than 5 min and then the foam gets very warm, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. The foam doesn't bounce back like it should either. Very disappointed
