Do not buy unless you are cold blooded. Bought the extra topper claiming to be a cooler sleep. This topper will make you sweat like your running a marathon. It's the worst experience I have ever had trying to sleep. DO NOT BUY

We heard such good things about this topper and tried it on two different mattresses. One was a coiled mattress that was older and was very firm. The other was a brand new memory foam mattress. We had trouble keeping deep pocketed sheets in place with the topper/memory foam combination. The sheets stay in place on the coiled mattress. We prefer a firmer mattress, but not so stiff that you can sink in somewhat. We felt that this topper was too squishy and had too much motion transfer. Since there was no trial period or return option, it's being used on a guest bed. It's not a bad investment, but was hoping for better for the price.

Love my tempur pedic firm mattress but wanted a little softness this topper does that great the only down side is eveytime you get up it sleds off the side so every three day like clock work I unzip the cover an adjust it again I love an would buy again I just hope by then there will be a solution

DO NOT buy waste of money!! The cover makes the topper slide all over the bed. You spent all night adjusting the topper. Therefore you get no sleep. Very poor design

I got this topper a couple months ago but it doesn't hold its shape well and seems to already be worn out on mine and my fiancé's sides. We aren't small people but we're not big/heavy either. It doesn't seem to do much cooling either as i still get really hot.

The topper is very soft and comfortable but it is not cooling. It is cool to the touch. And Because it is a slippery top, the sheets become very wrinkled and loose. I was disappointed

My husband purchased this for our firm mattress, as I wasn't sleeping comfortably on it as a side sleeper. He bought the Tempurpedic topper as he was worried about being too hot with normal memory foam, and we wanted something that we thought was high quality and would last. We really wanted to love it, especially given the cost and the fact that it's not returnable. Almost a year later, we've both been tossing and turning all night and finally realized the that mattress topper was to blame. Initially, we thought the topper was "cradling". However, we've realized that upon laying on the bed, there's no sense of pressure relief; it feels like laying on jelly. Unlike a normal memory foam topper (which I have used before and liked), this feels more like a gel and doesn't feel supportive at all. Rather than it feeling like the topper compresses at your pressure points, it feels like you're sinking into the bed. You can't even tell there's a firm mattress underneath it; there's just no feeling of support. Additionally, the topper bunches around on my husband's side of the bed near his shoulders, leaving a wave. It can only be flattened out by removing the fitted sheet and shifting the topper. Even then, it shift again within a day or two of fixing it. Also, the entire topper shifts down on the mattress, leaving a gap at head of the bed between the topper and our headboard that our pillows sink into. It's very annoying to have to disassemble our bed every two days to address this issue. I've never had this issue with normal memory foam. We blamed our mattress and bed frame until we finally took the topper off and were shocked that the bed actually feels supportive without the topper. As I said, I've used normal memory foam toppers for years and never had these issues. Definitely not for us. On the upside, it definitely stays cool. That's about the only positive thing I have to say about it.
