It is plush and you sink in, but it becomes about body temp after a couple hours, which is very uncomfortable. I bought it for guest bed topper, since we own the Pro Adapt already. Since it's so hot and slides all over the top of the guest mattress I'll just use it as a 'floor mattress' for an extra guest sleeping arrangement. Would only recommend for people who like to sleep HOT. This has changed my life by taking up closet space.

Not comfortable and sinks in the middle. The cooling system didn't work for me and Girlfriend. After purchasing sheets to accommodate the length of the topper and my mattress, my sheets on the head of bed continue to lift off during sleep.

This mattress topper is supposed to keep you cool at night with the special cooling topper but honestly I'm still very warm. I just wish there was a mattress topper that didn't make you feel like you are sweating in the middle of the night. And I know it's the mattress topper because I visited family recently and did not feel warm at night in their house.

I have to adjust the topper every few days because it keeps falling off the edge of the mattress (I know there is a work-around to that but would have expected Tempurpedic to have addressed it in their product). It is too soft - so now my neck starts hurting because my pillow is too high. And, the #1 reason I bought it is for the cooling properties, of which I find it apparently doesn't have. I must have misunderstood the return policy because they don't have one.

Tempurpedic is usually firm and supportive but this topper is awful. You sink all the way into it like an old worn out mattress. It offers no support whatsoever. And don't waste your money on the extra cooling option. Doesn't work and you still wake up hot. Sad that it's non-returnable and I just threw away money.
