So Disappointed!!

We have had a Tempur-pedic mattress for 15 years with no issues. I figured the Adapt + Cooling Topper would be a nice upgrade; big mistake! There is no cooling whatsoever, I am even hotter at nights now more than before. I often wonder if they sent me the wrong product. In addition, the topper moves and I have to pull it back in place each morning. My husband now wakes up each morning saying he feels like he was beaten overnight. I am very disappointed with this product. It does not live up to the name, does not meet the stated objectives, and is not worth the money.

I bought this topper hoping it would eliminate me waking up with back and hip pain. The cooling option was a big plus. Night 1 was HORRIBLE. I tossed and turned all night and was oddly hotter then EVER. There is NO SUPPORT. My back hurts more then it ever has. After 1 night!! I am horribly disappointed and really can't believe that a company like Tempur-Pedic is selling this product. The price is a joke compared to the quality!! Even as I sit here, on the topper, writing this review, I feel like I'm sitting on a low heat heating pad.

I was SO EXCITED for this mattress topper because of the thousands of amazing reviews... unfortunately, the zipper broke off within one month of having it!! Therefore, definitely not worth the money!! Also, not as comfy OR as cooling as the description stated. Overall, just very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money BIG TIME. Would NOT recommend. :(

With much regret, I am terribly disappointed in the Temper Adapt mattress topper I ordered. Although comfortable enough, I am actually finding myself waking hotter at night even though I had the "cooling version". I have larger pocket sheets but they are constantly being pulled off. Mind you, I am not an "active" sleeper and making the bed typically means just flipping the covers back up. I have tried putting a mattress cover over top of the topper to help secure it better but that doesn't seem to help either.. It definitely needs something to prevent slipping and moving on the mattress. I wouldn't consider it worth what I spent but I never registered it so figured it wasn't worth pursuing a refund. I sure wish this was not my review but just being honest.
