There is nothing cool about this topper. I normally sleep cool but got this for my husband who sleeps hot. I bought two twin XL for our split top bed...it was so hot that I kept waking up having to ditch all covers just to cool off. He couldn't handle the heat. It feels cool only right at first ... then it collects so much heat. Anyhow - I tried to return them but they said no...this is a very poor product and did not perform as advertised. Terrible customer service! Never again!

This is cool when you first get on it but as soon as your body heat warms it you sweat more. Definitely not worth what I paid and if I could of sent it back for a refund I would have. It now sits in a closet. Worthless!

I bought this to go on top of an older model tempurpedic I've had for 15 years. It was very disappointing. The cover firs not fit properly, and it is so slippery that my sheets were always bunching up on me. Very annoying. I didn't know that YOU CAN NOT return mattress toppers, so I'm stuck with it. I removed the washable cover and I'm just making do. Big waste of money.

This product says 3" but collapses to less than a half an inch when ANY weight is applied. It was not clear that this was extra soft material. This product provides no support when sleeping. I even paid extra to get the cooling cover which I regret. It may help with cooling, but because the cover has no grips to hold it to the pad, it slides around. I felt like I was on very slick sheets when sleeping which made me more exhausted. The worst part is, that this item is not returnable or refundable so I am stuck with this expensive product in my closet. I recommend that you do not buy this product without finding a store to test it first.

One of our beds is a Tempur-pedic mattress which we love but the other is not so we bought a Tempur-pedic topper. It was so awful that after the first night we used it, we called and requested a return. It didn't stay put on the bed and slid all over the place and was anything but cooling. We were so disappointed.
