It's like having a new bed! Solved the problem of our too firm newer mattress. Liked it so much I even purchased pillows. But the gel covering is silky and slippery, so you'll need sheet suspenders to hold your sheets in place.

Don't bother purchasing. Pad is cool when you first get into bed but then warms up and retains your body heat even worse. You wake up in your own sweat.

This topper is super heavy and bulky, I think I was looking for something lighter and springier/more responsive to my movements. Also does nothing for my shoulder pain so still can't sleep on my side. Unimpressed

I initially liked the cooling topper but the first time I washed it according to the instructions I was unable to put it back on the topper. The zipper came off and could not be put back on. This is very disappointing for a topper in this price range. I would not recommend purchasing this product

The topper is too soft and you sink through to the mattress, it then wraps up the sides of your body and it is hot. I will say that the softness is appreciated when on my back. I recommend it with some reservation,

Not what I was hoping for or worth the extra charge for cool

After spending the day testing the cooling tempurpedic mattresses, we decided to try the cooling topper first before making a large financial commitment to the mattress. My husband sleeps hot while I tend to be cold, so it was all for him. While the topper is soft and comfortable support wise, it doesn't cool like we were expecting. It has a cover that is slightly cooling but doesn't stay cool, nor does it cool you as you sleep. I even woke up hot a few nights, and that never happens! Don't expect anything more than just a few cool minutes when you first get in bed. It is just a regular topper after that. Not worth the extra cost for the cooling and if you complain to customer service they just tell you to give it time for your body to get use to it because there are no refunds or returns. How does my body get use to cooling that isn't happening??? I don't see us investing in the mattress after this disappointment.

I ordered this temperpedic topper thinking it was going to be amazing to sleep on , but I was disappointed when it took a few weeks to get use to it . Waking up with a backache . So my rating is just ok . Wishing I could return it, but I guess because of covid uou can't .
