The ache wasn't going away and decided to get something a little more forgiving - which led me to get the mattress topper to see if it would help at all. I tend to sleep hot so I was a little worried that it would trade one pain for another. However was totally wrong and extremely happy with my purchase. I actually purchased two additional pillows and will likely look into getting a full mattress when the time comes for a new bed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great, super comfortable, but there's a noticeable difference with its capabilities once you put a fitted sheet around it, so if you get one make sure it's a light and thin sheet so you feel the cooling otherwise you'll have a cool surface but not even half the comfort or coolness you get when the sheet is off. Oh and it's very soft and in correlation with my relatively soft mattress I have noticed some extra back inflammation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the cheapest mattress topper but you get what you pay for. We purchased a queen sized Tempur Topper and sleep much better because of it. The increased level of comfort causes much less tossing and turning. When middle of the night wake-ups are greatly reduced you wake up more refreshed. We also purchased the optional gel cover which works as designed to keep the topper at a cooler temperature.

I purchased the mattress topper and can sleep on my shoulder and hip again. I was afraid it might sleep hot which would bother my husband, but it didn't. It sleeps cool and we love it. It was a great solution instead of purchasing a new mattress after 2 years.
