Tried several other 2-3" foam pads. Those just didn't cut it and lost cushion in a short time. So far we're very happy with the quality and comfort of the TEMPUR topper. I have less shoulder pain-I sleep on my side and had to roll over often to get comfortable. Not so much any more. I like the cooling cover too as I tend to run hot when I sleep. My husband has also commented on how comfortable it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife and I noticed a much better night's sleep right away with our new Tempurpedic topper. It was cool and adaptive as advertised, and we a lot less aches and pains in the morning. It was a huge improvement to our old mattress. The only complaint we have is we feel it is a bit too soft.

The topper is very comfortable. But there are no straps to keep it in place. I spent the extra money to get the topper that keeps you cool. When you put a fitted sheet on it it's hot. If you sleep directly on the topper it's cool. I'm not waking up with a sore back and my legs feel better.

This Topper is a great solution to improve and extend the life of our 17 year old tempurpedic mattress. It is more comfortable!! The cooling feature however, is a weak point. The added memory foam breathes less and sleeps hotter than our original mattress did.

The topper made my bed very comfortable. My body no longer feels stiff when I get up in the morning. However, there is no cooling. I'm a bit disappointed with the topper's retention of my body heat. I still would have purchased this. A good night's sleep is essential to good health.

Comfortable when the weather was cooler, but it was a little hot and softer as the weather got warmer. This topper is softer than the topper supreme which I found out later from the online Rep. I had it on my sleep number bed for about three weeks, then removed it with another brand topper that is firmer and cooler during the night. I guess I will use this topper during the winter time.
