Way too soft

I recently ordered a king topper supreme. I love it. Then I ordered a twin topper with the Cool Top. I'm very disappointed to find that the cool top only comes as Extra Soft. I wanted the same firmness in the twin as on the king topper, but with the cool top enhancement. Nothing in the information says that the cool top only comes with an extra soft topper. We have two king size tempurpefics and love them. I really like the King Supreme topper but this extra soft topper is truly a disappointment. Your website should be very clear that the cool top only comes with an extra soft pad. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In my personal opinion, this topper is awful. Within seconds of laying down, you'll have sank fully through it, so are just surrounded by 3" of foam. So aside from it being uncomfortable, it's extra hot, with the cooling cover making no difference that I can tell. I've tried several other mattresses toppers in the past that were well under this price and there was no reason to spend this much money with TempurPedic. Because it's a topper, there is a zero return policy. Don't waste your money on this.

Really improved our ability to get a good night's sleep

My wife and I are in love with this topper. It is firm yet soft and molds to your body. We have finally been able to get a good nights sleep. The topper stays cool and keeps your body at a cool temperature. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an improvement in their mattress, and ultimately an improvement in your sleep.

The mattress topper was very comfortable to sleep on, soft as a cloud. However it was only cool where my body was not touching. Mattress moved quite a bit when using the adjustable bed frame. I was disappointed that it did not have straps to secure it to the mattress underneath. Now using it on a guess bed, it was not me intention when purchased.

It is comfortable and has helped us to get a better sleep. Movement is different from a regular mattress in the you can not scoot as easily and must lift your body to move around (almost like a bounce).

Ibalready had a queen mattress which i love and needed something for our rv and instead of buying a over $4000 mattress I decided to try the topper . I think this will be a good substitute to it but haven't tried it yet so I will see next summer when we will be camping
