Comfortable but HOT! And no backing from company

Topper is comfortable but far too hot. I called customer support several times and was told to use less sheets! I was down to my pj bottoms only and still too much heat trapped even with the cooling topper. If you need additional heat, it is a nice product. Otherwise do not purchase! Company does not back their product. You will be stuck with the heat trapping topper and find yourself sweaty. I do not recommend and regret my purchase. A quality, premium priced company should back their product.

I made my purchase because I am a hot sleeper, and this topper seems to help with that by helping me sleep cooler. It is also in use on an adjustable bed and is holding up great so far. Would buy again!

This is the best & smartest purchase I made for my bed. My mattress is not that old but needed extra support for my back and left leg. "WOW" WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT MAKES. I sleep so much better and my back doesn't hurt when I wake up in the morning. The cooling topper which I purchased I do not feel as it states it does. I sleep hot so I thought it would make a difference. It makes a small difference only. But still worth every penny. So if your thinking of purchasing a topper this is the one. I already told my niece to get this topper as they are looking to purchase one.

It was great for the first couple nights but regret purchase

This topper is comfortable and I enjoy the way it feels. We got the cooling variety, which I don't actually think does any cooling. Our biggest problem is that it slides around constantly and doesn't fit the bed well. It doesn't go to the edges of the mattress -- and when we get into bed every night, we have to move it around because it has been sliding around. A couple months in it is sagging in the middle. Looked into trying to return it within the first 14 days but this product doesn't allow returns. If I could go back and do it again, I'd have never purchased this -- would have applied that money towards a new mattress. If the topper stayed in place, we would have been much happier with it. It also causes the sheets to slide all over, which we have had to purchase straps to keep the fitted sheet in place since adding the topper.

Our bed is a tad too firm for us, so, after much research, we chose to purchase this topper. Our topper was easy to purchase on the Tempurpedic site and arrived quickly. It aired out for 48 hours and it was easy to put the cooling cover on. It is perfectly supportive and the cooling cover is surprisingly effective. We are pleased with our choice.

Too squishy for my back

I have a bad back and I wanted the best topper. I ordered a temper supreme. After doing research I found lots of people said it was too hot so I changed to the cooling. It's a nice topper but it's just too soft. The cooling is very nice but it seems like the only cooling thing is in the cover, so I'm confused why it's not the same topper as the supreme, with just a fancy cooling cover. Lots of people said the supreme was too firm and now I'm seeing lots of people saying the cooling is too soft, and I agree.

I am disappointed in my mattress topper. I purchased the topper to provide better support for back and hip problems. Unfortunately, this topper has not been particularly helpful. It does not have straps to hold it onto the mattress, so it tends to slide a bit. Overall, not a great purchase.
