It was not quite what I expected and it was thinner than I thought it would be. I bought this for my handicapped daughter who gets bed sores and since I bought it, she has had two. I don't think the topper is thick enough to give her the support she needs.

We bought this mattress topper hoping it would help alleviate joint pain. Instead, the material caused my 130-pound body to sink into the mattress in a way that put increased pressure on my hips and shoulder, and also made it really difficult to turn over. The first 2 or 3 nights I did feel some relief in my hips and shoulder (I am a side sleeper), but after the third night I had increasing hip and shoulder pain. By the end of the first week my circulation seemed poor and my feet and legs started going numb as though I had a pinched nerve. This mattress was not comfortable to me or to my husband. We felt the foam was too soft and it did not support our bodies. I felt so awful when I woke up during the fourth week sleeping on this topper that we removed it and threw it in the corner of our room. Since we can't return it, I guess the dog will sleep on it. What a waste of money.

Comfortable topper, but cooling feature isn't worth cost

This topper has transformed my mattress, making a lower priced memory foam feel much more comfortable. I did spend the extra for the cooling feature, but don't feel any benefits and my husband still complains of being hot so don't know that I would recommend it as I'm not sure it was worth the extra price. Overall I'm happy with the product.

The foam conforms to my body which makes it more comfortable than a traditional mattress. I am 150lb. The cover is cool to the touch. I needed a mattress that remained comfortable cool as I sleep. But, as I did on my traditional mattress, I have to re-position to cooler areas throughout the night when the topper foam components warms up under my body. Even though, the topper is inches thick, my body sinks. The foam returns to original form. It does not come in a firm, and, the topper is not returnable. I suggest that they consider producing this topper in a Firm version.

I was very excited to be able to get this topper and as the price suggests, I had to save up for it. When I finally got min, I was excited to give it a try. It is soft and comfortable, however the topper is not the exact size of my queen bed. about 1 inch short on each side. no big deal, who sleeps on the sides anyway. The main issue is that the topper will slide around the bed. So so you start feeling the edge of the bed from the 2 inches short on each side. The topper slides so much that I am having to adjust it back in place every day. I wish there was a way to keep it in place.

I had high hopes this would help my old mattress. It was definitely not as thick as the one I had 15 yrs ago. Also, I would have assumed the queen would fit a queen. The size seems off - an inch or two smaller on each side so all of a sudden it's like our bed is 4" smaller and there is a ridge I have to hang off of slightly if I try to go near the side of the bed. If it fit correctly I will say it is fairly comfortable (a little too soft). The cooling cover definitely feels nice.
