i am loving my stamina trampoline. it is light and quiet so you could watch t.v. and jump. however i use mine outside and watch the birds doing their thing will i do mine.

I originally bought this for my Kindergarten classroom but have been using it myself. I have bulging discs in my neck and back which make exercise very difficult without pain. This has helped immensely and sit-ups have never been less painful than on this this trampoline!
