This is my second trampoline in 20 years. I finally had to retire my first one after getting 20 years of daily use. I am a senior citizen that still runs, walks, jumps and does an exercise routine every day. The proof is in the pudding. Rebounding and exercise work along with good nutrition and proper diet and vitamin supplements is the fountain of youth. I am seventy and do not take any pharmaceutical drugs. I work hard, play hard and get plenty of sunshine. I wouldn't be without a trampoline unless something happened to cause me to dis-continue using it. I love it and if I go away, I take it along. Thank you for a wonderful piece of equipment.

Many years ago I bought my first trampoline and loved it but it had the springs which would break and shoot across the room. I replaced them numerous times then gave up and bought this one. I love that there are no springs. I am a little over the weight limit but so far it has not been a problem. I jog in place about 15 minutes each morning and it makes me feel good the rest of the day. If I don't use it, I feel like the tin man that hasn't been oiled. When I jump, my joints move very gracefully without pain (I'm old). If this thing ever breaks, I'll be buying another one. Thanks for a great product.

I bought this Trampoline 1 month ago. Very happy with it. In the packaging was included a guide excellent exercises you can chose from and perform. I love to use it.
It is easy to use and the guide is extremely helpful. At age 73 I don't have to worry about injuries to my joints.

I have no complaints about this trampoline. I assembled it fairly quickly with the help of my teenage son. It feels sturdy and stable. It's quiet (no sound actually). And at less than $32 (and free shipping) the price could not be beat. I would definitely recommend this trampoline.

I have been using this trampoline for almost a month now and I love it! It is the perfect size, not too big or too small, and I have plenty of room to jump on it without getting on the edges or falling off. It is easy to put together and to move from room to room if needed, and it doesn't take up too much space in the room. I do gentle bouncing on this trampoline and I feel it is much easier on my body than jumping and running on the ground, and it's so much more fun! I put some favorite music on and bounce and twist and jump for about 2 songs at a time and it's great exercise.
