I use this mini trampoline everyday for exercise. Its great for whole body, low stress cardio workout.Keeps my body in perfect condition for running and crossfit. I love it!

I had a similar product years ago, but wore it out. This trampoline is so much nicer. No springs to stub your toes on and easily folds up for storage, not that I intend to put it away! This is so much fun to dance on, it really helps keep you moving. Your exercise is only limited by your imagination!!!
