Half of the 30 bungee straps failed and disintegrated after only 2.5 years of use (3-4 times per week). People who claim otherwise are probably not utilizing the product on a regular basis. I weigh 180 so a petite 105 pounder might get more use. I would buy one with coil springs (Not Bungee Straps) - at least you can replace those. When this fails there is no replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good item to exercise, so I use this everyday. But the pad is very easy to tear. I ordered a replacement pad before and I ordered it again. Unfortunately, I received a wrong item. I am thinking that I will buy an another trampoline, the pad is easy to tear anyway.

Missing the cover in the box, great that they replace it. I should be getting in a few day. She is very patient with me on the phone cause I am very slow while reading the serial number to her cause my sight not very good. Thanks for the great customer services.

Inferior bands

I purchased this trampoline in June of 2020 for my grandson. After 3 months of daily use more than half the bands are stretched and broken. The frame is intact but the bed is no longer functional. We are very disappointed with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
