I use this mini trampoline everyday for exercise. Its great for whole body, low stress cardio workout.Keeps my body in perfect condition for running and crossfit. I love it!

We just bought this one, and I can already tell by the solid bounce in the springs that we'll have some excellent cardio workouts when it's too cold for a brisk walk outdoors.

This mini trampoline is great. Brought it so the kids wouldn't be couch potatoes & still be able to get exercise even when the weather is bad. Grandkids love it. They can't wait 'til they get their turn. $30 isn't bad for this product.
