SO happy and thrilled with my Dyson! Amazing how much dirt and especially dog hair it picks up! Vacuuming is so much better on the back now. Very impressed with the versatility of the machine. Yes, it is pricey yet SO worth it!

Does not work well on carpets with thicker pile

I like how it works on floors, but I do not like how it works on carpets with thicker pile. It will stop turning and does not glide smoothly over the carpet. This is my second Dyson the first one worked better on the carpets. I cannot find any suggestions on any of the websites or what was included in the packaging. I think that could be better and be more helpful.

I bought this because my V-6 broke. I hesitated because of the price but decided to buy it anyway since I needed a new one and I’m so glad I did it’s a great improvement. I use it all over the house for a quick and thorough pickup. It picks up the smallest crumb. I really like this vacuum. I’m not sorry I bought it.

my favorite all time vacuum...love the light feature where you actually see the dust on the floor....I never imagined i had that must dust on regular basis as you can't see with the naked eye. I must have a leak somewhere which this vacuum has encouraged me to have our windows, doors checked for leakage.

I bought this a month ago and no regrets. The battery life is excellent. Suction is great and you can change the different modes, from eco friendly to deep. I really love the head with the green light. It’s shocking to see how much pet hair is on my floor.

Was always skeptical of cordless, battery-powered vacuum cleaners. I thought they were under-powered junk. My son convinced me to try a Dyson V15 Detect. Boy was I wrong! To date, I’ve purchased 6 or 7. I’ve got 3 in use and have given the others as gifts. Greatest vacuum ever!!!

I bought the V15 detect like a month ago, my expectations were so high because Dyson is a very well known brand and I was reviewing different brands and models to see what was the best for me. My condo is hardwood floor, not very challenging from that point so I decided to go with Dyson. Unfortunately the battery is not the best AT ALL!!! 3 hours or so to fully charge and when in use it only last 40min….and maybe less. The other aspect was the suction power, I was expecting a powerful vacuum that when just 1 move you can pick all the dust, dirt and small things from the floor but it seems that you need to pass and pass and pass the vacuum several times to see the floor clean, small size debris on the floor are difficult to pick. So basically I’d say to anyone looking for a new device, think twice and maybe another brand would be better and cheaper.
