Very bad backing and I received it dirty like is someone use it before

I bought the Dyson about 2 months ago & I love it. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was due to:
- Slightly heavy. Didn't expect that, so I have to switch arms a lot but I think I am getting use to it. - The battery life isn't all that great. I can't even vacuum my whole upper floor (4 rooms with hallway) before it dies on me. And this is with a full charge!! So that part sucks, so if there is a way to get more battery life, it would be perfect.
I just expected more from this very expensive vacuum, regardless of the attachment or the floor I'm cleaning, it shuts down and tells me there's a airway blockage, I've cleaned it more than I care to share and it still doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well , it does what it does very well! but with a couple exceptions that really bother me. First it comes with one battery! Two would make it always ready to work. Second it needs a trigger lock so you don’t have to hold the trigger the whole time. A bonus consideration would be some kind of a 90° tool to clean ceiling fans.

LOVE this vacuum! I have 4 Golden Retrievers and a Lab, this thing is a BEAST with getting their hair up. The “roller” brush lights up all the hair in the room and it’s a lot 😅 Charge “life” is good and it lasts my 2400 sq ft house and then some… 💯 recommend this product!! If I had one complaint it’s that I hate having to hold the trigger button the entire time I’m vacuuming.
I returned it as it does not work on my carpets. It 's also very heavy to lift. Did not glide on carpets. Worked fine on floors. Very disappointed.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this at first. My past experience with cordless vacuums was they did not have powerful suction. And bagless: no just no. But it said for pet hair and carpeting and hardwood floors so I was tempted into purchasing. I don’t regret it for a moment. It is everything it says it does. I especially love the soft brush with the light . You can see everything ,all the little dust particles and pet fur on the floor that you are picking up. Easy to empty the canister without getting messy. And the brushes do not get hair tangled up in it. It is not heavy or cumbersome to carry . Swivels very easily. It gets right up close to baseboards. Highly recommend.
