Good vacuum poor battery

Everything is great but you can’t use the V15 on dense carpet. Suction prevents pushing the vacuum.

Nice vacuum.

Received as a Christmas gift. You don’t know how dirty your wood floor is until the green light comes on and shows all lint. First time I used highest speed. Didn’t pick up much. Next day used Econo. Slowed beater down and did a much nicer job. Really cleaned better in this mode. Emptying canister easy. Filter looks easy to clean. Need to get another filtered ordered so no down time waiting for filter to dry.
Filter easy to clean. So far battery holding its own. Love how quiet it is. Dies not set my hearing aids off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great vacuum

Bought it mainly for doing the carpeted stairs and light cleaning of blinds and tight areas. Works well for even more areas. Wish it had a trigger that stayed on until you hit it again to turn it off.

My Experience with Dyson

This unit is a replacement. I didn't really need the entire unit to be replaced, because only the rug attachment motor had stopped working. The new unit is easy to use. The rug attachment is working, although it seems flimsier than the one it replaced.

Great on wood floor. Carpet head doesn't cut it. I have a medium knap carpet and a very short knap rug, It doesn't work well on either. the head bogs down and it is very difficult to push. Purchased this model mostly for the two heads and one doesn't do the work i need.
