Love my Dyson stick vacuum. Suction is great. So easy to maneuver around. A little difficult on carpet to push but does a great job. Very easy to empty and couldn't believe how much dirt etc it picks up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this vacuum. The laser for hardwood is so neat. I hate vacuuming and I’ve been vacuuming every day when I come home from work just to see all the little particles get sucked up. I had breast cancer a couple years ago and my arms haven’t quite regained full strength after all the surgeries and this vacuum is so easy to handle, makes it easier to use than my previous corded one. All the attachments are great too.

Spare parts of your products are rarely available.
If you made a great product, less spare parts are needed by the consumer.
Here we can agree at least that is not the case.
Consumers need spare parts for your expensive products, which is pretty much almost always out of stock.
Why can't your product and customer support teams fix a pretty low-hanging problem of having ample stock of all the spare parts ?
Somone is sleeping on the wheel in Dyson
OR
Someone has a marketing strategy which will eventually fail at some point in the near future.
If you made a great product, less spare parts are needed by the consumer.

My wife uses it and absolutely loves it!! Powerful suction and lasts for the entire necessary time. Filters out the dust and larger particles and the vacuuming is easy on body mechanics She loves how she can see the debris and how easy it is to discard them.
