It’s really expensive. However, if you can afford it, it makes vacuuming fun. The laser floor attachment is especially enjoyable.

Almost perfect

This is my second Dyson, I gave my first one to my grandson. Love that it is cordless, but I find the attachments challenging to install and release. I read all the instructions and there were parts in the box that I had no idea how to use. I also find it very difficult to lift it off the wall mount, therefore I'm using the plug-in port in the back and just laying the Dyson on a counter to charge.

I do not think this works as good as the V12
It does not clean all my hardwood floors as good as I thought it would. The carpet attachment I use for all my area rugs doesn’t work that great either.

I really like the dyson, I just whish I would have bought the absolute to have the built in crevice tool and also or the submarine for washing hard floors. However I like what I do have no regrets.

Battery can't maintain full charge

I purchased this expensive item earlier this month (Dec2025). The battery is not lasting the 60 minutes advertised. The battery displays full charge when charging but as soon as disconnected the batter display half the full charge. Great device but the battery seem defected. I will most likely return the device.

Very happy with this vacuum

I'm surprisingly happy with this purchase. I've never spent anywhere near this much on a vacuum. I have a long history of cheap vacuums that I replace every couple of years. And this is my first rechargeable vacuum. I love it! I love that the battery is always charged and if I just want to vacuum a small section of a room I don't have to drag out a vacuum and find an outlet. I love that I can vacuum the whole main floor of my house without having to move from one outlet to the next. I just hope it lasts. For the money that these cost, I'm worried that in 2 years I'll be replacing it. But if the vacuum lasts at least 5 years, it will be worth the money.
